Josh has been working in private practice for the past four years, working with a variety of people in all age groups. He has training in Somatic (body-based) Psychotherapy and believes that integrating body, mind and emotions is key in being able to foster healing and maintain a good balance in our mental health.
If you are experiencing depression, anxiety or dissatisfaction with an area of your day to day life, Josh offers personalised Psychotherapy & Counselling sessions with methods to help you adjust negative thinking & patterns in your life. He will assist you to implement helpful strategies required to achieve a more positive way of living.
Josh also provides couples / relationship counselling for those wishing to improve their relationships.
