Jessica (she/her) graduated with a Bachelor of Nutrition & Dietetics (Honours Class I) from the University of Newcastle. She is an Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD) and a member of Dietitians Australia.

Jessica has experience working with clients across a range of settings, including: private practice, inpatient mental health, disability, and residential aged care. Jessica’s versatile experience has equipped her with the knowledge and understanding needed to work with diverse clients.

Jessica’s approach to nutrition is rooted in her passion for helping individuals live their best lives. She recognises that food is more than just sustenance; it’s a vital component of holistic wellbeing. Jessica is committed to collaborating with her clients and takes an approach that encompasses their physical health, mental and social wellbeing.

Jessica is dedicated to enhancing the health outcomes of her clients through the nutritional management of chronic diseases. She translates complex nutritional information into practical and manageable steps, to facilitate sustainable changes that align with each client’s unique needs and goals.
