Georgia Rea

Georgia is an Accredited Practising Dietitian who holds a Bachelor of Nutrition and Dietetics from the University of Newcastle. She brings a compassionate, client-centred approach to her work, empowering individuals with the tools and confidence to make sustainable, long-term changes that support their health and wellbeing.
In addition to her clinical work, Georgia contributes to the Nutrition Research team at the University of Newcastle, where she develops practical, evidence-based tools that promote healthy eating at a population level.
Georgia has a special interest in sports nutrition, eating disorders, and paediatric/adolescent health, and has undertaken additional training in these areas to ensure she provides the highest standard of care. She also supports clients with a wide range of nutrition concerns, including:
- Weight concerns
- Diabetes management
- Food allergies, intolerances & gut health
- Heart health
- Improving general lifestyle & eating habits
Outside the clinic, you’ll find Georgia running, dancing, or staying active at the gym. She loves live music, sharing good food with family and friends, and keeping up to date with the latest nutrition research.
