Janice McKay is a Clinical Psychologist. She gained experience at the Toronto and Wallsend Community Health Services, with the Child and Family Health Team, Child Psychiatry Service and the Hunter Integrated Pain Service before setting up the psychology service of the Hunter Centre for Gynaecological Cancer and the Children’s’ Cancer and Haematology Service at John Hunter Hospital and John Hunter Children’s Hospital respectively.

Janice then moved into private practice working with a broad range of clients, both adults and children, while also offering professional supervision to her peers.
