Counselling/Psychotherapy is a collaborative treatment based on the relationship between an individual and the mental health therapist. Grounded in dialogue, it provides a supportive environment that allows you to talk openly with someone who’s objective, neutral, and nonjudgmental.
Counselling/Psychotherapy may help with, but is not limited to the following:

- Mood disorders
- Parent / child relationship problems
- Self-Esteem and confidence problems
- Interpersonal relationship problems
If you are experiencing depression, anxiety or dissatisfaction with an area of your day to day life, Counselling and Psychotherapy sessions will apply methods and strategies to help you adjust negative thinking & patterns in your life.
