Can I be seen immediately?
If there is an available appointment, we will book you in. If there are no available appointments on the day, we will book you in at the next available time to suit your schedule.
Do I need a referral?
For Workcover, Third Party, Veterans Affairs and Medicare funding we do require you to have a Doctors referral in order to receive treatment. You do NOT need a referral however if you are a private patient.
How long will my appointment be?
This depends on the professional you are seeing. Your initial appointment will usually be approximately 1-hour with each subsequent visit varying depending on who you are seeing. Please ask our reception staff when making your appointments to confirm the exact duration.
How often do I need to visit?
It depends on what you are receiving treatment for; your therapist will advise you how often you will need to visit.
What to bring?
We ask all patients to bring along all relevant information in relation to your condition including XRAY’s, CT scans, MRI scans and ultrasounds etc whenever appropriate. If you are a Workcover, Third Party, Veterans Affairs of Medicare patient you will need to bring with you a Doctors referral. If you are a private patient and have private health insurance (which includes extras cover) then bring your health insurance membership card with you. We have HICAPS on site and you will be able to claim from your health fund immediately and only have to pay the gap.
Do I have to pay on the day of treatment?
Yes. If you do not pay on the day of treatment we will be unable to book you in for any subsequent consultations.
What to wear for Physiotherapy?
Generally loose fitting clothing is ideal. If you have a lower limb complaint then we recommend wearing a pair of shorts and if you have an upper limb, back or neck complaint then we recommend wearing a singlet top.
Cancellation Policy

Missed appointments will set you back in your recovery, so we ask that wherever possible you keep all your appointments. If an appointment must be changed, 24 hours notice is appreciated. All missed appointments or cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time must be made up later the same day or within 24 hours to avoid a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the consultation price. This fee is not covered from compensable bodies and must be paid by the patient. In the event that multiple appointments are cancelled or missed we reserve the right to ask for payment of your appointment in advance to reserve your booking.
